"The land is forever caught in a constant and chaotic web of subterfuge and skirmishes. Families and bloodlines clash. Warbands and alliances rise and fall. Some last a week, others a generation. This perpetual conflict has prevented any true civilization from flourishing. Fledgling settlements are formed just as often as they are raided and ruined. In recent years, the war has grown ever more serious. Four powerful Clans have emerged, each under the command of an especially infamous Goblin Lord. The High Priests of Morgob-Shur, the God of Goblinkin, have noticed growing similarities with an ancient prophecy. It speaks of an age of war preceding the end times. Several omens point to a date growing ever nearer. It is foretold that on this day the moon "Orbo", the original homeland of Goblinkin, will eclipse the sun and cast the green glow of Morgob-Shur across the land. With this eclipse, the 100 days of Morgob's Fury shall begin. The High Priest of the White Temple believes a hero will rise from among the rabble to conquer the four clans, tame their followers, and unite them all as Lord of the Goblins. The High Priest of the Black Temple issues a dire warning. If this hero does not succeed before the 101st day of the Fury, Morgob-Shur himself will fashion the moon into a great mace-head and smash the world into pieces. Will you be the hero to unite the goblins and end the chaos, or will the world fall to ruin?"
